چکیده
Aerosol deposition (AD) is a promising additive manufacturing method to fabricate low-cost, scalable films at room temperature, but has not been considered for semiconductor processing, so far. The successful preparation of cesium lead tribromide (CsPbBr3) perovskite on interdigitated indium tin oxide (ITO) electrodes by means AD reported here. 20–35 µm thick layers are dense and have good adhesion the substrate. orthorhombic Pnma crystal structure precursor powder was retained during process with no signs defect formation. formation electronic defects photoluminescence spectroscopy investigated found slightly increased carrier recombination from sites compared powder. A nonuniform distribution across layer, presumably induced impact semiconducting grains hard substrate surface, revealed. opto-electronic properties processed further tested electrical measurements confirmed high responsivity films. These results demonstrate that processing metal halide perovskites possible device 3D surfaces. It believed this work paves way fabrication previously unimaginable devices manufacturing.

Ultrathin Colloidal Cesium Lead Halide Perovskite Nanowires.
Highly uniform single crystal ultrathin CsPbBr3 nanowires (NWs) with diameter of 2.2 ± 0.2 nm and length up to several microns were successfully synthesized and purified using a catalyst-free colloidal synthesis method followed by a stepwise purification strategy. The NWs have bright photoluminescence (PL) with a photoluminescence quantum yield (PLQY) of about 30% after surface treatment. Large...
متن کاملIncorporation of Cl into sequentially deposited lead halide perovskite films for highly efficient mesoporous solar cells.
Organic-inorganic lead halide perovskites have been widely used as absorbers on mesoporous TiO2 films as well as thin films in planar heterojunction solar cells, yielding very high photovoltaic conversion efficiencies. Both the addition of chloride and sequential deposition methods were successfully employed to enhance the photovoltaic performance. Here, both approaches are combined in a sequen...
متن کاملSolution-Phase Synthesis of Cesium Lead Halide Perovskite Nanowires.
Halide perovskites have attracted much attention over the past 5 years as a promising class of materials for optoelectronic applications. However, compared to hybrid organic-inorganic perovskites, the study of their pure inorganic counterparts, like cesium lead halides (CsPbX3), lags far behind. Here, a catalyst-free, solution-phase synthesis of CsPbX3 nanowires (NWs) is reported. These NWs are...
متن کاملColor-stable water-dispersed cesium lead halide perovskite nanocrystals.
Cesium lead halide perovskite nanocrystals are being lately explored for optoelectronic applications due to their emission tunability, high photoluminescence quantum yields, and narrow emission bands. Nevertheless, their incompatibility with polar solvents and composition homogenization driven by a fast anion-exchange are still important drawbacks to overcome. Herein we report on a successful e...
متن کاملAll-inorganic cesium lead halide perovskite nanocrystals for photodetector applications.
Herein, we describe simple, fast and reproducible halide ion exchange reactions in CsPbX3 (X = Cl, Br, I) nanocrystals (NCs) at room temperature. Through the simple adjustment of the halide ion concentration, the photoluminescence of these NCs can be tuned over the entire visible region (425-655 nm). Photodetector devices based on entirely inorganic CsPbI3 NCs are demonstrated for the first tim...
